ITSY AUSTRALIA WARRANTY POLICY

Itsy Australia only supplies products from reputable companies. Therefore, all products supplied by Itsy Australia are guaranteed to be of good quality and workmanship.

All products are covered to the same extent as each manufacturer's warranty statement /period. Please be aware that the warranty period may vary for the range of products we supply.

However, Itsy Australia will guarantee all products it sells for a maximum of 12 months from the date of purchase Australia wide.

Please feel free to ask us for the warranty cover on any products you wish to purchase from us. In some cases, the purchaser will be responsible for return freight charges until the verification of the warranty claim is substantiated. Please contact Itsy Australia in the first instance to discuss any warranty issues, as you will require a Warranty Authorisation Number prior to returning /shipping any item for claim.

This means that Itsy promises to try and fix your problems by phone or email. If it is not fixable, Itsy will gladly repair or replace the item, totally free of charge! Yes, that includes freight! Just send the product to us, and we will send a working product back to you within 24 hours in most cases. Itsy also offers the option of purchasing an extended warranty of up to five years on all computer equipment.
 

ITSY AUSTRALIA REFUND /RETURNS POLICY

Itsy Australia only sells quality products that have been tried and proven for the applications they are listed for.

Itsy Australia is happy to refund or exchange any goods that are damaged in transit under our FREE SHIPPING Policy, goods that are faulty or prove to be totally unsatisfactory for the intended use as listed by us, providing they are UNUSED, IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IN AS NEW CONDITION.

Please note that Itsy Australia will only accept the cost of return shipping on FAULTY GOODS only, once the item has been verified as faulty.

We will not accept the cost of returned goods for which the customer has simply changed his/her mind or are no longer required. In those cases please contact Itsy Australia in the first instance to discuss the matter with us and obtain a reference number.
